When I had my own LBL sessions, I was told to stop my work as a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist and to become an LBL facilitator myself. So that's what I did. As a talk therapist, I spent years helping people heal from their past, mostly their childhood. But once, I discovered Life Between Lives, I realized there is so much more than this life. In your LBL session, you can find out how your life and relationships today fit within your overall soul journey and plan. Ilse Stock Ambrose

Acting Director of Research
Ilse runs her Alternative Therapy Practice in Alberta Canada. She immigrated to Canada in 2011. She specializes in Regressions, Trauma, Mother and Baby connection as well as offering Hypnobirthing Educator/Doula services. Ilse is a certified Life Between lives Hypnotherapist and Transformational Teacher. Born in South Africa having studied Teaching as well as Financial and Business Management. She was drawn to Healing from within. Hypnosis training took place in 2008. She continued along this path and started specializing in Sexual Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Hypnosis, Regressions as well as Trauma and Grief. Certified as a Master Natural Remedy Consultant working with Reiki, Crystals, Oils and Herbology. Included in her modalities are Sound Vibration. NLP and Auricular Reflexology. Her busy Practice also includes teaching Alternative/Complimentary Therapies.

Indrani Sinha

Acting Director of Public Engagement

Indrani Sinha is a wellness consultant, an Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist, Trans- personal Regression Therapist and Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 Her journey in complimentary healing and alternate methodologies began in the mid 1990s. She includes in her sessions her learnings from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotional Empowerment Technique, Theta Healing, Reiki, Crystal healing, Shamanic healing methods, Cell Regeneration, Gastric Mind Banding, Organisational Constellation, Yoga & Pranayam, Zibu symbols, Hooponopono and other allied methods and techniques.


She counsels and facilitates group sessions for corporates and educational institutions in innumerable countries.
She has taught Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy in Egypt, Oman and United Arab Emirates.

 

She certified as a Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist from the Michael Newton Institute USA in 2016 and represents the organisation in the Middle East. Indrani stepped in as Acting Director of Public Engagement for MNI in 2021.

 

Indrani believes her work is a way of living in synchronicity with her life mission and fulfilling her vision of evolving collective consciousness.

Rita Borenstein

Director of membership

Since 2012 Rita Borenstein is the first hypnotherapist in Sweden trained by Michael Newton Institute(MNI) in Life between Lives (LBL) hypnotherapy for spiritual regression. Rita is also a reg.nurse, TCM Acupuncture Practitioner, Osteopath D.O. specialized in biodynamic cranial osteopathy and hypnotherapist. In 2018 she published her first book “To soul home and back” and in 2021 her second book “My soul is a diamond- let my true light shine”.

 

Rita has been active as a volunteer in MNI since her debut and for many years served as Certification Mentor Coordinator. She was elected to become Membership Director in 2021.

 

She is advocating for LBL in Sweden as a full time LBL facilitator and gives lectures both locally and online.

Sanela Covic

Director of Strategy
Sanela was elected Director of Strategy in 2021. From a young age, she knew that she wanted to help people achieve balanced, happy and fulfilled life. After a long career in translation and interpretation in organizations such as the UN and the EU she decides to change the course of her life and come to Spain where she continues her professional and personal development. Immediately, upon her certification at Michael Newton Institute for Life Between Lives® Hypnotherapy, she started volunteering work in the Research Department and as the moderator and later admin of MNI Facebook Group. She holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Philology and is a Croatian and German language and literature teacher, Certified Life Between Lives® Facilitator, Certified Hypnotherapist by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, Certified Master Trainer by IACT, Clinical Hypnosis Therapist, Life, Executive and Team Coach, Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP, Reiki Usui Master and Professional Reiki Therapist.

Paul Aurand

Director of Education

Paul is the Director of Education and has served 15 years on the MNI Board. Paul was the first elected President of the Newton Institute and is also the recipient of a MNI Peggy Newton Award. He lives in the USA and is also MNI’s lead LBL trainer. Paul is a dynamic educator and presenter, award winning Master Hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy instructor who has worked in the field for over 35 years. He certified as an LBL Facilitator under Michaels guidance and has contributed LBL cases to the published books Memories of the Afterlife and Wisdom of Souls. He is also the recipient of many hypnotherapy industry awards including being honoured as ‘Educator of the Year’, Therapist of the Year and Hypnotherapist of the Year’.

Peter Smith

Newton Legacy Advisor

Catherine was appointed as the Director of Engagement in March 2019. She holds a Master of Counseling, Graduate Diploma of Mental Health Practice, Bachelor of Nursing and a Master Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Her professional experience also includes senior project management roles for resource development and engagement projects in the not for profit sector in Australia, and she now brings these skills to the Newton Institute to support our vision.

Peggy Newton

Newton Family Representative

Catherine was appointed as the Director of Engagement in March 2019. Judith Huffman

MNI Manager

Marilyn Hargreaves

Director of Strategy
Marilyn was elected Director of Strategic Planning and Policy in 2018. She is a certified hypnotherapist and has practiced herbalism and holistic healing in Canada for over 20 years. She certified as an LBL® Facilitator in 2013. Marilyn was one of the co-authors of both Wisdom of Souls and Little Book of Life Between Lives. In addition, she has 30 years experience in research and executive roles in the Canadian Federal Government. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and has experience in biological research, strategic planning, leadership, organization design and management at an executive level.

Dr Patricia O’Malley

Director of Research (acting)
Dr Patricia O’Malley joined the MNI Board in 2019. Pat received a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Psychology and has been a psychotherapist for over 30 years. She has developed a thriving hypnotherapy practice, specializing in Past Life Regression and LBL hypnotherapy after certifying with MNI in 2014. She also is a certified meditation teacher and pain management specialist, authoring two books and a guided imagery audio series. She is a proud case contributor to Wisdom of Souls.

Travis Carrier

Director of Membership
Travis was elected as the Director of Membership in 2018. He has a background combining creativity with systemic and spiritual healing. When Travis trained, he was the youngest to have taken the LBL training. In light of this, he brings a fresh energy representing a new generation of LBL therapists to the Board. Travis is based in New York City where he has a private practice as an LBL Facilitator and spiritual healer. As a leader that he wishes to embody the gifts of creativity, learning, and healing. His background as a painter gives him a resourceful skillset for creative visioning and design and he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in art & design.

Diana Paque

Executive Director

Diana was appointed Executive Director in 2019. As an LBL Facilitator in the USA, she also has decades of experience in non-profit, governmental and academic leadership roles. Diana eaches research and holds a doctorate in public administration as well as a Masters Degree in Library Science and Public Administration. She certified as an LBL® facilitator with the Institute in 2018.

Catherine Elizabeth

Projects Director

Catherine was appointed to the Board in 2019 and is the Director of Projects. She certified as an LBL Facilitator in 2019. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling, a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Practice, a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Her professional experience also includes training development and facilitation in the areas of personal and spiritual development, energetic healing and mental health. She also has over 10 years experience in senior project management roles in the not for profit community service sector in Australia.
