I am a licensed counselor, therapist/certified clinical hypnotherapist in private practice for over twenty-five years. My focus has been treating anxiety, depression, relationships and the underlying trauma causations. I employ a holistic and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral model along with trauma modalities such as EMDR, HMR and hypnotherapy. I have found that including Past Life regression and Life-between-Lives can offer such benefit by expanding consciousness to give one not a bigger picture but a deeper connection with one's Higher Self. the healing of trauma then becomes a catapult to spiritual awakening, becoming more conscious on one's spiritual path. I also offer a spiritual/mindfulness coaching as well to prepare people for these deeper spiritual regressions, in helping you practice deeper level relaxation, mindfulness training, as well as underlying negative core belief patterns that are limiting or blocking their life expansion and connect to their deeper selves
