Cindy has 23 years experience as a hypnotherapist, and trained with the Michael Newton Institute® in 2008 as a Life Between Lives® Facilitator. She has a Bachelor of Social Work and in her busy counselling and hypnotherapy practice her therapeutic approach is influenced by the philosophies of Michael Newton’s work. Her passionate belief is that we have our own answers within, and aims to help people empower themselves in reconnecting with this wisdom. She witnesses clients uncover their inspiration, potential, self-acceptance, inner strength - and emotional, mental and physical healing. Cindy's therapy practice is based in the beautiful town of Bellingen, Australia - and she also facilitates Life Between Lives® online worldwide.

Hello I believe these are special times of change on Earth that many of us have been we've been working towards for many lives. Increasingly many of us are feeling an inner awakening: That we are eternal 'Spiritual Beings of Light' in another vessel/body rather than simple humans, with a soul. Thus my task is to assist my clients to continue that awakening. I've learnt that Past Life Regression [PLR] & Life Between Lives [LBL] sessions are often a gateway to communicate with our Guides. So I have a technique that, usually, puts us in contact with our Guides during our first PLR; to discuss your plan for this life's mission. It's a chance for my clients to realise latent gifts carried forward from previous lives: Strengths that our Guides now want us to be aware of. This awakening, of our true nature, can awaken an overview, and empower confidence in ourselves, & help us overcome our old human limitations. Then the subsequent LBL session is often richer/deeper/better.

Since 2013 Rita has facilitated LBL sessions in Sweden. Her practice is located in the countryside about an hour´s drive north of Stockholm and half an hour's drive south of Uppsala. Rita has published three books about LBL in Swedish: "Själens resa hem – Möt din själ i livet mellan liven","Min själ är en diamant – Låt mitt sanna jag lysa" and "Reningsbad för själen". Two of her books about LBL are available in English: "To soul home and back – About Life between Lives Hypnotherapy for spiritual regression" and "My soul is a diamond – Let my true light shine." Rita who is also a reg. nurse and Osteopath D.O. served as MNI Certification Mentor Coordinator for many years. She has also served as Director of Membership in the Michael Newton Institute Board of Directors.

Certified as Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist in 2005 by the Michael Newton Institute, also I worked as Training Instructor for TNI in Europe. As Past Life and Spiritual Regression therapist, guiding people into the different realities for deep insights and healing, for me it is helpfull to work also with tools as Shamanism and Healing, and the different methods I learned and develloped in many years before. I am grateful to work in deep connection with the Spiritual Power around, trusting the Inner Healing possibilities in these therapeutic way with respect for all. Working with people on a deeper Soul Level and to know we are all connected. Wavuluaa is a Shamanic, Spiritual, Therapeutic Centre in the middle of the Netherlands. In the garden a Medicine wheel, a Tipi and silent place, on walking distance to the River, the Nature surrounding. Beside that all, I use my creativity with painting, woodcarving and sculpture of stone, also in small groups.
